Rates

Rates vary per program; discounted single sessions are available after completing a program; pay-in-full discounts available as well as financing. Please click here for program descriptions and rates. 

Remember this is an investment into yourself!

Insurance

Insurance does not cover coaching sessions.

Payment

Payment will be made at the time of scheduling appointments. Frequency of payments depends on program (one-time, monthly, subscription based).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand in order to reschedule. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will forfeit your session.
